PERSONAL TRAINING / ONE-ON-ONE COACHING

Our most personalized form of training is our one-on-one personal training sessions. If you are somebody who would benefit from being the only focus of our coaches, then this type of session would be the most beneficial. These sessions with our personal trainers are unique to each individual. It is our responsibility to come up with a program that fits your personality, goals, fitness level, and any physical limitations or injuries, and help you stay motivated to push through the workouts to reach the health and fitness goals you have. It can be easy to skip a workout or not give 100% when working out on your own, but our coaches will hold you accountable and push you to perform at your best. Our trainers will also make adjustments to your plan as needed to ensure that you are making progress and not plateauing.

It all starts with your first consultation with us. We want you to get to know us and the facility you will be working out in to make sure that it is a good fit for you. In this consultation is where we will discuss your goals and where you want to be, how often you would like to have our workout sessions, and figure out at what level of fitness you are at. It doesn’t matter if you are just starting out or have plenty of experience, we can help you get to where you want to be. We will help you with your form and technique to make sure your workouts are efficient and that you don’t injure yourself
